By accessing or using the LogicVeld site and contracted services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or contract the services.
LogicVeld provides custom software development, websites, mobile apps, cloud solutions, AI and industrial automation. Each project is governed by a specific proposal or contract detailing scope, timeline and deliverables.
The code, designs and materials we deliver become the client's property upon full payment, except for open-source components or third-party libraries with their own licenses. LogicVeld reserves the right to display the work in its public portfolio with prior notice.
The client must provide the information, access and content needed to execute the project, as well as payments per agreement. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
LogicVeld is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of delivered software, except in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Either party may terminate a project with 15 days' written notice. The client pays for work performed up to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico.
